First Thoughts on The Graveyard Book

Well, when i was in English class one day, last week, we got assigned a new book to read, The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. Well I honestly don't know anything about this book or that author so I decided to start my blogging career with a simple yet brief outlook over Neil Gaiman's life. Well first off he was born in November 10, 1960 in Portchester, England. He writes mostly fantasy, horror, and science fiction. He now lives near Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is divorced with three kids. He has many awards for his writings, even The Graveyard Book, which earned the Newberry medal. Tune in for more interesting posts on The Graveyard Book and Neil.

    Chad it's good I got to read a little bit of the background of the author. It really explains some of the cultural aspects in the book; however, I would suggest you start reading the book so you dont get behind! Just looking out for you. Haha. Good blog.

    Good blog Chad. Like Jordan B., i think you need to start reading the book so you don't get behind. It's nice how you let us know information about the author, but you should blog about the plot in each chapter that you read in the book. Again, good blog.
